Hatch Fest Means Summer Grilling

It's not BBQ - but Hatch fest at Central Market... Hatch guacamole and hatch gouda for snacketizers, prime dry aged rib eye with hatch pepper cooks butter, hatch maux choux and asparagus. All on the new grill from Elizabeth Matlock.
